Marlon Tilmon

Marlon Tilmon is a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) that has been working in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) for over 25 years. He received his bachelor’s degree from California state University of Los Angeles in psychology and a master’s degree from National University in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Marlon is the founder of Jade Behavioral Consultants (JBC) and Jade Enhanced Support Services (JESS). JBC is an agency developed to focus on providing quality behavioral services for individuals and their families. Marlon has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of abilities and/or disabilities. His training experience include working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health disorders, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, serious emotional disturbance (SED), chromosomal deficiency and down syndrome. Marlon has also transitioned individuals from 4 different developmental centers to residential facilities across California. He started his career working with individuals with extremely aggressive behaviors. Marlon has worked in a variety of settings including adult day programs, group homes, residential facilities, specialized residential facilities, EBSH homes, crisis homes, supported living services, independent living services, intensive in-home behavior services, school, and community setting.

Mey Lam is board certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Mey has worked with individuals with disabilities for 14 years. While working on her bachelor’s degree at the University of California at Santa Barbara (UCSB), Mey was first exposed to applied behavior analysis (ABA) at the Koegel Autism Center at UCSB, where she worked with children with Autism using pivotal response training (PRT). Once she obtained her bachelor’s degree in 2009, she decided to use her experience with children on the autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to work in the homes. While working in the homes, Mey pursued a post graduate degree at Loyola Marymount University (LMU), where she obtained her master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling. During that time, Mey worked for different schools, as a substitute teacher and as a behavior Specialist, K-12 students and older adults with a variety of disabilities including emotional disturbance, schizophrenia, and down syndrome. The love for ABA led Mey to pursue a second master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, obtained at National University in 2018. Mey also gained experience with the adult population while working as a behavior consultant. She created behavior plans for clients in residential facilities as well as clients receiving supported living services (SLS). Mey also assisted with transitioning clients from developmental centers to residential facilities by conducting functional behavioral assessments (FBAs). Mey also developed trainings for staff on how to implement behavior plans for individuals receiving supported living services (SLS). Mey is currently the clinical director at Jade Behavioral Consultants, where ABA is used in the treatment of autism. Mey leads a team of board certified behavior analysts (BCBAs), develops trainings and systems to promote the overall growth of the organization and the individuals it serves.

Carlos Bizzari

Carlos Bizzarri is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). For 15 years, Carlos has worked in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) as a behavior therapist with children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Carlos is a co-founder of Jade Enhanced Support Services. He has experience working with individuals ranging from ages 3 to 60 years old across various settings and environments. Carlos has held positions as a lead Behavior Technician, Behavior Technician Trainer, and Parent Consultant. He has also held a behavior specialist/trainer position, conducting behavior training to SLS staff, day program staff and residential staff. Carlos has worked directly with SLS staff in clients' homes to assist with behavioral support needs. He has worked directly with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in developing behavior intervention plans (BIP) and functional behavior assessments (FBA) for children and adults with intellectual disabilities that reside in group homes. Carlos has received certificates of completion in Pro Act, crisis prevention intervention (CPI), and is a trainer for Quality Behavioral Solutions, Safety Care (QBS). As a trainer for QBS, Carlos conducts trainings that include prevention and de-escalation strategies as well as safety restraint techniques.
